Advance Deposit & Cancellation
Policy
A non-refundable advance deposit of $15/room night is necessary for your reservation. Cancellations: If you cancel within 14 days of your reserved date you
will be charged for your entire reservation(s) unless we can rebook your room(s). OR
you may roll over your reservation (once) to another date within
ninety days from your original reservation. On major holidays and area festival events you
will be charged for your entire reservation, regardless of the date of cancellation
unless the room can be re-booked. This applies to the week between Christmas and New
Years, President's, Valentines, Memorial & Labor Days, Easter, 4th of July,
Thanksgiving, Blueberry Arts & Harvest Moon Festivals.
