a savory Cornucopia of Salsa & Smoked Chicken 

Choose from these entree' choices:

  • Porketta seasoned Roulade swirled with sundried tomatoes.  Accompanied by Fruited Wild Rice.  A memorable dining experience for flavor,aroma and sight.
  • Sautéed Chicken (or tofu) sings with the flavors of an aioli-spinach-sun dried tomato sauce. Served over Fusilli pasta tossed with fresh basil and olive oil.
  • Walleye tenderly baked with garlic butter becomes a memorable delight when topped with fresh Parmigiano Reggiano.  Fruited wild rice complements this Northland favorite.
  • Tournedo steak seared to your taste with herbed maitre’ de hotel butter.  Served with a twice-baked potato.
